Class 11 & 12

Admission to the school shall be strictly on merit basis. All selected applicants should take admission within the stipulated time and date, failing which his/her seat may be given to another applicant placed on the waiting list.

Admission Process

Application Process

  • Step 1 : Application Form

    Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained from the Counsellors in the campus from Monday to Saturday, between 10 am to 3 pm, upon paying the requisite fee.

    The duly filled Application Form then needs to be submitted along with the mandatory documents. For more information go through the Documentation List.

  • Step 2 : Entrance Test

    Guidelines and time schedule will be duly provided to the applicant beforehand.

    Aptitude Test: Aptitude Test will be conducted under supervision of the Admission Coordinator at the campus premises.

  • Step 3 : Personal Interview and Interaction

    Interview questions will be based on the course or the specialty applied for in the interested Academic Program. The responses will be analysed by the in-house trained interviewer.

  • Step 4 : Result Declaration

    The performance report will be conveyed via applicant’s registered phone number with the Admissions Department, within 2 days.

  • Step 5 : Admission Confirmation

    Successful candidate will be provided with Admission Letter from Admissions Department confirming his/her admission to the opted program. Thereupon, the applicant is required to submit the Confirmation Fee (as per his/her Plan), as initially communicated by the Admissions Counsellor.

  • Step 6 : Original Documents Submission

    All Original Certificates/Documents, along with one set of attested true copies of the documents in support of their claim at the time of filling up of Application Form for Admission, will have to be presented to the Admissions Department at the time of the reporting for the scrutiny and verification. It is mandatory to get the Receipt-cum-Acknowledgement duly signed by the Admissions Department.

Eligibility Criteria

Class 11 (Science) :

Students securing a minimum of B2 grade in Mathematics and Science separately in the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Examination conducted by the Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) or any other equivalent board examinations recognised by NBSE may apply for admission.

Class 11 (Arts) :

Students securing a minimum of 45% in English and Social Sciences separately in the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Examination conducted by the Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) or any other equivalent board examinations recognised by NBSE may apply for admission.

Migrating Students :

Students who passed Class 10 or equivalent examination from other Boards / Foreign countries are required to obtain an Eligibility Certificate from the Chairman, Nagaland Board of School Education. Admission of Migrating Students is subjected to approval of NBSE.

Examinations and Promotions

The Following Examinations are conducted every academic year for all classes

  1. First Quarterly Assessment

  2. Second Quarterly Assessment / Mid-term Examinations

  3. Third Quarterly Assessment / Promotional Examination

  4. Model / Improvement Examination

  5. Weekly Assessment

Promotion of a student will depend on his/her performance in Weekly Assessment and Terminal Examinations.

Absence from any examination without prior information will be considered “Needs Improvement/Failed” and no re-examination will be conducted.
